How To Use My Flip Videos In Adobe Premiere?

I’m making a video for my brother in law and his fiance and I used the flip video camera. But when I went to upload them in Adobe Premiere it wouldn’t let me because all the videos are mp4s. Does anyone know any way to convert them or anything I can do to be able to use the videos in Premiere? Thanks!
