When I Upload A Flash Video To Youtube It Is Very Choppy. How Can I Make The Video Smooth?

I made a animation out of adobe flash cs4 professional. I exported it to quicktime(mac). Then I uploaded it to youtube. It worked but, my video kept missing frames and the audio was off. What can I do to change that? Do I need a converter?

you can have a try to use Total Screen Recorder in windows.download link:http://www.totalscreenrecorder.com/
The output format is prefectly match the youtube requirement and it can record video without any laggy crap recording problems. so you DO NOTneed a converter.

Besides the HD button, and the other words to put on the back of your video link. I really have no idea, sorry.

Don’t convert it to flash — Try M4P, MOV or MPEG
