I can’t believe how many people want to know how they can shed the pounds quickly, and there are so many companies or sources who claim to have the magic pill or potion to get the job done.
Most miracle pills and diets don’t do anything but send you running to the toilet or make your wallet or purse a lot lighter than you would like it to be. I’m I right?
Don’t panic — There is a way to shed the fat
You will lose weight, but first you have to understand that it requires work on your end. There are no real miracle pills that will do all of the work for you. It also doesn’t have to be the hardest thing in the world neither.
#1. Let’s Get to Work
Cardio exercises is a great way to lose weight fast because it helps you burn more calories than you would if you was just dieting alone. But don’t just run and jump on a treadmill for an hour and a half every day. It’s not that serious or necessary to burn the fat you are looking to burn.

Interval training works best and it’s not as hard on the joints and it’s not boring at all. You only have to go at it for 15 minutes and you’re done for the day. Interval training is a mixture of higher intensity exercises and lower intensity exercises.
Here’s a good example using a stationary bike: First you warm up, then you ride fast for about 30 minutes, then you switch it up and ride slow and easy for one minute. Then you rinse and repeat for 10 minutes. Then you cool down and relax, and you’re done for today.
#2. No Drinking Calories
Liquid calories isn’t a good choice if you’re trying to lose weight. High calories drinks includes any type of sodas (including diet sodas), alcohol, sweetened teas and juices with artificial sweeteners. It sounds crazy but diet sodas may hinder your weight loss and actually cause you to gain weight.
I started to drop close to 2 pounds per week when I stopped drinking these high calorie drinks, and that’s added to the extra pounds I was losing from dieting and exercise too.
#3. Resistance Training is Very Important
In order to shed the pounds even faster, you have to work your muscles regularly. It’s not hard at all, it’s actually simple and easy once you get started. You don’t need to spend your whole life working those muscles, it only takes a fraction of your time.
Do Full Body Workouts
If you want to get done super quick, you must do full body workouts like mini-circuits and supersets. These workouts involves more than one muscle and allows you to get done faster.
You can do exercises like chest presses or push-ups. If you really want to get serious and work almost every muscle in your body at one time, you should get busy with some supersets. If you do this, daily, or at least 3 times per week, you will be burning fat like crazy, even from just one time.
