How To Boost Your Traffic and Your Profits With Content
How To Boost Your Traffic and Your Profits With Content
Are you aware of how vitally important and valuable CONTENT is to your online business? In fact, content can do more to build your business and profits than just about any other resource or service available.
Following is a list of 5 key ways that content can help build your traffic, subscribers, and customers starting today!…
1. Boost your search engine ranking and daily visitor count by posting keyword rich articles and content on your web-site. For example, if your business involves offering products and services related to fitness, posting fitness related articles and content will attract unlimited prospective customers on a regular basis!
2. Generate double or even triple the number of newsletter subscribers you do currently, simply by offering content in the form of “special reports” or manuals as bonuses for subscribing to your publication. People love freebies, so give them what they want and watch as your results increase!
3. Create an automated cashflow by using content to formulate multi-part email training courses with related web-site or affiliate links “sprinkled” throughout each course. Use an autoresponder service to automate the delivery of your training course (such as a 5 part training course delivered over a 5 day period).
Training courses can also serve as excellent bonus offers for your prospective newsletter subscribers.
4. One of the most important keys to a successful online business is not JUST having a list of mailing list or newsletter subscribers… It’s about building a trusting relationship with your subscribers (ie, “cultivating” your list)…
By sending informative articles (content) to your list on a regular basis you will establish yourself as an expert on your topic of business, as well as gain the trust of your subscribers over time. As a result, your subscribers will be EAGER to take advantage of your “paid” product and service offers. (Just make sure that you NEVER take advantage of the relationship you develop with your list by offering products or services of poor quality just to make a quick buck!)
If there is one “constant” in Internet marketing, it’s this: A cultivated list of subscribers is as good as money in the bank. Write that down and never forget it!
5. Another excellent way to generate no cost traffic is by submitting ready-made articles to “content hungry” web-site and newsletter publishers with your “resource box” attached. A resource box is nothing more than a little 3-6 line “bio” about you and/or your web-site – including a link to your site (or even instructions on how to subscribe to your newsletter)…
When submitting or offering your article(s) for reprint purposes, just make sure to specify that each article is to be reprinted “as is” with your resource box attached.
…Even one article can go a LONG way towards generating no cost traffic and visitors for you. Just imagine your article being sent out to a newsletter subscriber base of 100,000 individuals – many of whom will be reading YOUR included resource box and clicking on your URL to learn more about what you have to offer!
Well there you have it, 5 sure ways to build your online business exponentially with the help of articles and content…
With the declining effectiveness of many of the online advertising methods that we’ve relied on in past years, content is only strengthening its position as the ultimate KEY to generating unlimited traffic, subscribers, and customers!

Can User Generated Content be Effective for SEO?
Can User Generated Content be Effective for SEO?
To have a regular flow of significant content, website owners can hire as many content writers as they want since content obviously helps to improve search engine rankings. But we also know that content on the World Wide Web is mainly generated from the end users themselves. These information are written to express the user’s interest on certain products, services, and ideas being presented. Web-users are also given more trust usually by other readers because their feedback is referred to as “unbiased” and mirrors the true sentiments of end-customers.
Fortunately for website owners, there is a way to benefit from user-generated content. It is high-time to set up properly a website which includes a blog, forum, or comments. Allow them to share about a wide range of subject connected to your niche. Below are some tips that will enable you to get the most out of user-generated information:
Prod Them in the Right Direction – In Terms of SEO
Unless you’re in the internet marketing industry, most users don’t have the basic idea how to do basic SEO even if they want to help your site. Having the right system won’t make this any problem. Take note that successful websites that use user-generated content offer a wide diversity of features to their visitors?
Putting in an easy-to-use content management system (CMS)will give hem the chance to share related videos, images, and texts. For added effect, make sure there is a “tag”, “description”, and “title” fields on the system. Some websites even enforce a minimum title length for SEO purposes. This strategy can work for you too since this has also been effective to many.
Totally Organic Link Building
In-house link building can be difficult, time-consuming, and expensive. So what’s the solution? Get people to do it for you. Aside from good content, there are many things you can integrate into your website to make it interesting, unique, and relevant to your target market. Once you catch their attention, they are expected to do the marketing for you. Social media websites like Twitter, Facebook, and bookmarking sites such as Digg are really of big help to users to be able to share links easily. Place a widget on your site that makes its content easier to share.
Community Market Research
Chances are, your visitors are updated with the latest developments in the industry. In fact, they might even be more “aware” than you in some cases because they have a third person point of view. By means surveys, polls, and direct questions at the forum, you can easily ask them for their views if you are bothered with any issues or questions. You are bound to encounter surprising answers.

Article writing and blogging happen to be the two most important branches; all the web content writers want to have expertise in. There is a vast difference between article writing and blogging. Blogging these days perhaps, is the most popular form of writing. People have found a new hobby in it. It is entertaining as well as very helpful in improving your writing style. Many of us are aware of the differences between the two categories. However, the people who don’t know this should read this article carefully. You will surly get some ideas on both the styles.
Difference between the articles and blogs –
There are some similarity between article writing and blogging. However, a number of dissimilarities are there as well. Let’s have a look on the differences.
Article writing is a serious job. Most of the time we write it on order and get paid for it. Different articles demand different styles of writing. Suppose you are writing a business article, in that case you have to research and study and then write. However, an article on a social circumstance or current political situation demands something more. Here you can put your thoughts and views in the write up.
Thus, you see both the styles are different from one another. However, when you are blogging you are never bound by any rule or manner and can write whatever you think. Thus you enjoy the freedom of writing here. Moreover, no as such research or study is necessary to write a blog. You can write exactly what you feel.
Through blogs you can interact with the people. It is always nice to get positive comments. It will influence you to write more blogs and improve your style of writing.
Furthermore, you can understand the readers’ opinions about the subject or can even render your thoughts and the process is quite faster. In article writing you can’t have such options. When you write for the newspapers or journals, then also you get feedback from the readers, but this is quite a lengthy process and it might not happen all the time.
A blog is generally a short form of article. A blog can be written with minimum 50-100 words, while, an article published in a newspaper or journal contains at least 400 to 500 words. Thus article writing needs more skill and perseverance.
For articles, you have to entirely depend on your publishers or house for the publication. However, a blog writer can upload his or her blogs directly on a website. To publish the blog he has just to create an account on that particular website.
With blogs, one can upload images or videos. For articles a writer can publish images only if it is asked for.
Some essential tips for both article writers and bloggers –
Be serious with your writing. It really matters a little whether you are writing a blog or an article. What really matters, an error free attractive writing. So check your writing after finishing it.
Choose the topic after getting a clear idea on it. It is one of the main conditions for article writing. However, you must remember it even when blogging. Write about which you know well. You don’t have the right to mislead your readers.
While writing, be careful about not to hurt anyone’s sentiment, especially a religious thought.
Just remember these simple rules and try to master the essentials; soon you will also be the able provider of efficient article writing services.

Seo Strategy, Revisit your Content for Link Building
Seo Strategy, Revisit your Content for Link Building
Itâs been said many times before, that creating unique and compelling content in the way of articles, FAQâs, how to guides, eBooks, user testimonials, blog posts and innovative videos, and taking the time to syndicate that content across relevant user, web and social communities, is the best way to get people to link back to your content. This is also termed as âlink baitingâ.
Having said that, if you have been sincere in creating and promoting your content over the last 6 months to a year, and in building quality and diverse links to your website with relevant anchor text, then a neat seo opportunity lies in revisiting your past content archives.
Sometimes we SEO experts get so caught up in building external links and battling it out with the competition for our clients, we forget to make ideal use of internal link building to get a boost in rankings.
External links tell a search engine that there are other websites and communities (other than you) that think your website to be of some value, in the same way, internal links tell the search engines which pages you think are most important by counting the number of links pointing to that page.
While building a link matrix of external links with relevant anchor text is important to search engines, the internal link structure and anchor text also plays a big part in a successful search engine optimization strategy. In addition good internal linking makes it easy for the users and search engines to understand your content better with category and sub category pages that link to the deeper pages of your website.
Expert SEO TIP: Tweak your Content for Higher Ranking
They say that the answers we seek lie in the past âgoing back to the rootsâ. In revisiting your past and looking at it with a new perspective you can begin to understand the mistakes made, the underlying fears and insecurities developed, lessons learnt, and maybe some answers for the present moment.
By revisiting your past content, and looking at it with a fresh perspective, you can find innumerous SEO opportunities. I have listed a few of them below:
1. The Title – Can the title of the content page, article (or blog post) be improved, or better written to incorporate the keywords you are targeting currently?
2. Internal Linking – Many times when we revisit old content pages we find opportunities to include anchor text links to the important pages (focused around our primary keywords) of our website and internal links to relevant newer content pages. This helps in building relevant internal links and gives users a choice to navigate through your content easily by clicking on the link/topic of interest.
3. External Linking – Revisiting old content also reveals many opportunities for creating relevant external links. An external can be given if the external link provides some additional value to the topic being discussed. External links should also be given to authoritative sites and to relevant sites in your industry. An external link tells the search engine and your users that you are helpful and not afraid to link out (sometimes even to a competitorâs site). Become a hub for resource links in your industry.
4. The Tags – Do you need to tweak those tags (or Meta tags) to make them more focused? Are there some keyword variations you want to add to the list? Remember to keep it simple!
5. Improving the Content – Did you find grammatical errors (hopefully not) that need to be corrected? Do you have some new insights into the content that was originally created? You can always add value to the original articles, and maybe make a new article out of it (the link juice can be passed down to the new article, cross linking possibilities and its new content for search engines). Also revisiting your content is a great place to find new content ideas, and missing gaps in your older content.
6. Targeting New Keywords – Over the last few months you may have discovered new keyword phrases or long tail phrases you want to target, and maybe move away from some keywords combinations that have not been working so well. This is the time to use your old content to give the new keywords a boost.
7. Pass on PageRank â If you notice that each individual page of your website has a different page rank. The index page generally has the max page rank (Normally because the index page also has the max inbound links which is one of the criteria of search engines while calculating PageRank). Did you know you can use internal linking to pass the rank juice from well ranked pages to ones that do not have PageRank?
Find relevant opportunities, and work on adding value to older content, and you should see a significant boost in search rankings.
A word of warning here, donât overdo it. At the end of the day, though we may get some answers by âgoing back to our past rootsâ, we have to eventually come back to live in the present moment.
I am one of the believers that content is King
I am one of the believers that content is King
There was a time early on in my career as an SEO consultant when optimizing for Google was pretty straight forward. All that was needed back then was your keywords in the right places on your page as very little if anything was attributed to off page factors.
As I always emphasize in my posts, I am one of the believers that content is King. High quality content is always liked by search engines and visitors. In fact, people come and return to your site because of your content quality, not your SEO performance. So content should never be neglected.
There are many means to optimize a website to soar its ranking in many search engines like the major ones- Google and Yahoo. This is for the reason the internet presents various opportunities because of its interactive nature. Nonetheless, with the professionalism of the SEO agents issue, there is a question whether SEO Agents are doing what is right to reach the desired performance and satisfy the client thus leading to the terms “white hat” at the “black hat” SEO professionals.
For the sake of simplicity, your rank in Google is primarily based on three factors. One, a complicated ever-changing algorithm. Two, the amount of inbound and outbound links your site has. Three, the relevancy and freshness of your content.
Friends and business recommendation could facilitate the finding of a good SEO company. Word-of-mouth publicity travels faster than any other form of advertising, not to mention that it is superior to self-made promotions. If you do not have any friends to help you with advice and information about a SEO company worthy of your investment, then resort to checking on forums. Registered forum members will have all sorts of advantages, and quick access to tips and advice is one sof these.
Another tip that is very good to bear in mind is that you need to learn the basics about the tactics that a SEO company may use to have your site rank well on search engine results page. There are mainly two types of methods used, ones that are approved of and called white hat, and others that are generally disliked and called black hat.
In truth the problem with SEO is that you are at the mercy of the search engines and they can change there algorithms at a drop of a hat. This can lead you website listings to take a nose dive. The search engines are always improving how they return results as they want to serve the most relevant results for your search query. One thing that hinders search engines is spammy unethical practices by website owners and even some SEO companies. It is not good enough for a SEO company to say that they are ethical they need to back this up by giving you evidence on how they will optimise your website. If a SEO company does follow unethical practices then it’s your business that will suffer because of it.
In review you should read Goggles webmasters guidelines and come armed with this information when you speak to an SEO company. If a company is not forthcoming with what they will actually do to increase your visibility then don’t use them. If they have nothing to hide then they will tell you exactly how they operate. I must say the industry as a whole is mostly full of ethical companies; however the few give the many a bad name.

SEO Help – More Keyword Optimization and content rich sties
I would like to focus a bit more on Keyword Optimization. This is one of the most important factors when creating a new website. Your keyword phrases can tell you how much traffic to expect. A good keyword list can get you the targeted visitors to your site that you want. Then use these keyword phrases in your material on your site and you just became a content rich site that search engines love to see.
When starting off with keyword phrases keep a general idea of what you think the phrases you want to use are. Research these phrases and make sure that the phrase itself gets searched on the three major search engines. That would be google , yahoo, and msn in that order. Keep in mind that google has a 65-70% market share of the searches. You should focus on that search engine first.
When I start a keyword phrase project I use an excel spreadsheet. I use the keyword tools at free wordtracker and google. Google reports the searches monthly, while wordtracker reports the searches daily. You want a phrase to be searched at least 500 times a month. Wordtracker doesnât get the amount of searches that google gets a month. So the numbers can be very wide in range, but if you keep the records you can see what phrases are popular and which one are not.
The next step is to find a niche. If you donât you could be competing against millions of other web sites. The next step after you get your 25-30 keyword phrases is to find the amount of websites that are competing for that phrase. When most people search it called a broad match. If you put quotes around your phrase you are going to exact phrase search. This search doesnât go quite far enough. You need to do an all in title search to find out how many web sites are competing for this phrase. To do an all in title search type in without spaces : allintitle:âyour keyword phrase hereâ. The results that are received will be how many time that phrase appeared in the title of a web page. A good target number on google the results should be under 20,000. Make sure to annotate these results on your spreadsheet also.
Your spread sheet should now have a phrases, google searches a month, free keyword tracker searches, and the all in title results. Its very important to eliminate the phrases that donât get searched. Eliminate the one with more than 20,000 all in title results. Before you know it you will have a rock solid keyword list that can take your site to the top of the rankings. When you get to the top of the rankings enjoy your targeted free traffic. I will be placing a video on my site showing this seo technique. Keep posting comments and let me know what you guys would like to focus on next.

A Professional online marketing, parthiban is working with WDO Technologies India. Is a leading web design and development companies have been Providing web design, graphic and logo design, web design programming, web content writing, SEO and the staffing of search engine optimization services around the world. T
Take into account the Search Engine optimization for the Web search engine positioning comes to implement a content manager can keep our investment in content is devalued by a poor presence in the search engines.
The managers of content
The generation, publication and file a huge number of pages in the major portals and Web sites poses many challenges that the management systems of web content (or CMS, Content Management System) Have tried to solve in recent years:
To facilitate the generation and editing content for the Web by personnel without specific training in programming.
To ensure a uniform appearance of all content and its presentation according to a corporate design and editorial line with a predefined.
Maintain consistency in the structure of Web sites, allowing the incorporation of new content in the appropriate sections after approval and the preliminary screening of the persons listed.
Maintain a consistent navigation that allows users to reach each of the contents that are published at the time.
Avoid the existence of duplicate content (different URLs that show the same content), an orphan content (files left on the server unnecessarily because they are pages that no longer suggests any link or image files or multimedia to be shown on pages deleted) or broken links, pointing to pages that do not exist on the server.
The managers of content or CMS are software tools that allow decentralize the work of maintaining the content of a portal, so that non-technical staff from different departments of an enterprise can add, edit and manage their own content on a corporate Web.
CMS and search engine positioning: a symbiosis impossible?
However, despite its obvious advantages, the traditional approach of such tools has focused on providing the best content management by streamlining production processes, approval and publication of the same, rather than generate Web pages properly optimized to be competitive in the search engines.
The factors that make a Web portal is friendly to the search engines were discussed in various articles of this section, as well as the Basic Guide to Search Engine Positioning.
Among the problems, from the viewpoint of optimization for search engine positioning, appearing in a recurring portals supported by content management systems, include the following:
Dynamic URLs: search engines sometimes limit the number of dynamic variables in the URLs that indexed. The pages generated by many managers frequently contents include a large number of dynamic variables in your URL.
Unique Titles: The title of a page is one of the most important factors when it comes to positioning well in a content search engines. However, many content management systems do not allow users to assign a single relevant to each page.
Lack of support for meta tags: CMS does not have many specific fields for the user to specify the contents of the Description and Keywords meta tags. Although not as important as the way to achieve a good position in search engines, these labels are still playing an important role in the choice of the user to click on our site on a search results page.
Lack of keywords in the URL: dynamic URLs generated by many content management systems tend to be somewhat friendly to both the user and for the search engines, and do not include search terms that contribute to a better positioning.
Unable to post an optimization: the process of producing content that imposes the use of a CMS system makes it very difficult optimization of the post-generated content, and in the best cases, adding an extra work load that could be avoided if SEO company aspects had been taken into account in the implementation of the manager.
It is therefore ironic that precisely those companies that are investing more resources in the maintenance and creation of new content for their websites which, while less benefit from the volume that could mobilize such traffic due to poor implementation of their systems content management, from the standpoint of search engine positioning. A failure that in many cases is not due to shortcomings of the tool itself, but an ignorance on the part of technicians to implement the importance of having that content generated by it can be competitive in the search engines.
Making content management system the best tool SEO
But in the same way that a poorly implemented content manager may reduce the return on investment in content generation of a portal, one that has been taken into account the basic aspects of the optimization for the Web search engine positioning can be the ally most effective way to generate content that will be climbing the posts of more competitive. Let’s see how.
Use code valid according to W3C: managers of content based on templates, and users can not alter, to generate new pages. If we validate the code of these templates at home, we ensure that the pages generated from them also contain valid code. The use of valid code ensures that the page will display correctly in different browsers and search engines will be able to track smoothly.
Create a site map: nearly all content managers allow you to create and maintain an updated map of the site. Search engines limit the number of links that can keep 100 per page and be normal HTML text links. If you adjust our content management system for generating and maintaining a hierarchical map of the site with these premises, to provide search engines that can track each and every one of the pages on our site.
Limiting the level of subdirectories: search engines give more importance to the closer a page is the portal’s home page. That is why we must limit the number of subdirectories that shows the URL: many managers allow content hierarchically organizing the content regardless of the physical location of files on the server, introducing much more simple URLs that the actual structure of the directory.
Connect the control validation of the CMS links: Most managers control the publication of broken links that point to content controlled by the managers themselves, but few validated that a link that points to an address outside is not a broken link. If control there, make sure to connect it to prevent a user can insert a link to a website nonexistent.
Leave the control of the robots.txt file to the webmaster: some allow content managers to edit the content of the robots.txt file by the author of a page. In general, is better than only the webmaster controlling the contents of this file to prevent, through ignorance, a user can block crawling robots an important part of the Web.
Avoid duplicate URLs: search engines are highly selective when it comes to punishing the duplicate content of a Web, so you must make sure that each page only exists under a single URL. In any case, if the users can get to the same content from URLs counterparts, it is better to schedule permanent redirects 301, which are not penalized by the search engines.
Reduce the garbage code: simplifying the HTML code using the templates and opt to use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) instead of tables to lay out the contents. The use of Cascading Style Sheets makes it easier to update a Web design chennai, reduces the weight of the file (layout traveling once from the server to the user, then it is already available in the temporary memory, or cache of the browser for following pages visited) and gives greater preponderance to the significant content of the page with respect to the total weight of the code of it.
Select the option of text for the navigation of the site: avoiding wherever possible the use of Javascript or Flash menus, as their links can not be followed by the search engines. In many cases, we can achieve through the use of CSS effects similar to those of the menus Javascript or Flash. If the content manager can create a trail of breadcrumbs (breadcrumb), activémoslo. Improving the usability of the site, helps put the user in the whole structure of the web and is a great shortcut to the search engines crawl the entire contents.
Do not forget that there are the headlines: the use of styles makes us forget the existence of a hierarchy of HTML tags (H1, H2, H3, etc..) Whose final appearance can also change styles, but they help search engines to better understand the logical structure of the page signal and what aspects are more important. It is therefore important to encourage publishers to use content headings rather than simply defining the text larger or smaller in size and font, if possible, limit to a single heading a top level (H1) per page.
Require the creation of a single title, and the addition of meta tags relevant: CMS schedule so that the completion of title and meta tags is a requirement for the publication of the contents and, if possible, activate a control to verify the uniqueness of title.
Require filling in the alt tag to add a picture to the content. This tag lets the search engines to index the best images, is working on the relevance of key terms of the page and improving the accessibility of content by individuals with vision problems.
Implement controls to prevent the issuance of duplicate content.
To encourage use descriptive texts into links: instead of “Click here”, using “More information on our customer support 24H.”
The best of both worlds
It is therefore evident that if the implement a content manager to generate and maintain the contents of a large portal takes into account aspects relating to the optimization and web search engine positioning of the portal we can encourage or, in some way, impose a certain discipline through the CMS system itself, involving the editors to create content pages easily traceable and indexed, which can compete adequately in the search engines.
The big companies have the raw material favorite search engines: content rich, original, dynamic and rapidly updated. Size all the capacity of managers of content to extract the maximum return on investment they make in their presence on the Web.
